Fees and Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service unless other financial arrangements have been made in advance. The patient is responsible for filing the necessary insurance forms for reimbursement. Since health insurance is a private contract between the patient [or patient’s family] and his or her insurance company, the ultimate responsibility for the payment of fees rest with the patient or responsible party. Fees for service are comparable with other psychological practices and mental health agencies. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards are accepted for payment.

About Managed-Care Insurance

LifeCare is a managed-care free practice. As such, we do not have any direct relationship with an insurance company and therefore our loyalty is to you, and not to a third-party. We have a total commitment to your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information. Treatment decisions are decided upon by you and your therapist for the highest consideration to your emotional health. Therefore, we can avoid any conflict of interest that your "preferred provider" must deal with on a daily basis.

Our commitment is to you and to your personal growth. We are competitive with our fees and we allow the use of your credit card company for financing your therapy. We possess advanced therapeutic skills for creating efficient and effective strategies for lasting change in your life.

We have been independent of managed care insurance companies since 1993 and our practice has grown rapidly as a result of putting the interest and care of you, the patient, first in our practice.
